Thanksgiving – Where to Get a Free Turkey for Thanksgiving on Saturday

Turkeys will be given out first-come, first-serve free Turkey.

San Antonio – With Thanksgiving around the corner, a number of organizations are planning up to help families get through the holidays in the best way.

If you do happen to find an event you want to attend, keep in mind turkeys are limited and distribution will be done while supplies last.

Below are the a list of places which are offering free turkeys just in time for Thanksgiving:

1. Gospel Vision

➢ Event: 21st Annual Thanksgiving Distribution

➢ Time: 10 AM. to 12:45 PM. on Nov. 23

➢ Place: Comanche Park, 2600 Rigsby Avenue

➢ Information: 1,000 turkeys will be distributed along with free haircuts and school supplies. Each family is eligible to receive one turkey.

2. Malouff International Group

➢ Event: Inaugural Gobble and Give Drive

➢ Time: 10 AM. on Nov. 23

➢ Place: Prestige Motor Sports, 9711 Plymouth Road

➢ Information: The giveaway will help dozens of families with 200 free turkeys and pies.

3. New Life Christian Center

➢ Event: Free Turkey Distribution

➢ Time: 9 AM. to 11 AM. on Nov. 23

➢ Place: 6610 West U.S. Highway 90

➢ Information: There will be turkeys given out, first-come, first-serve. Limit one turkey per family.

4. Samuel Clemens High School

➢ Event: San Antonio Food Bank Distribution (NOT SPECIFIC TO THANKSGIVING MEALS)

➢ Time: 9 AM. to 11 AM. on Nov. 23

➢ Place: 1001 Elbel Road, Schertz

5. Wyatt Law Firm

➢ Event: Drive-thru Turkey Giveaway

➢ Time: 10 AM. to 1 PM. on November 23

➢ Place: 21 Lynn Batts Lane, Suite 10

➢ Information: The firm will be giving out 500 turkeys while supplies last.
