Foreign Students In Canada Are Now Allowed To Work Off-Campus For Up To 24 Hours Per Week
New regulations, led by Canadian Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship (IRCC) Minister Mark Miller, provide international college students in Canada the possibility to paintings off-campus for as many as 24 hours in step with week throughout phrases.

The revised 24-hour week strikes a good balance says Minister Mark Miller. Students can continue to work but still support themselves academically.
New Rule Regarding School Transfers
International students must obtain a new study permit in the latest change if they plan to transfer to another school.
Students are now required to apply for a new study permit and, in some cases, will be required to wait for approval before switching DLIs.
Until now, students had been able to change schools on the same study permit by simply updating information on IRCC’s website.
The changes are part of “ongoing efforts to improve the integrity of the international student program,” states IRCC.
Recent adjustments to work deadlines for international students
Previously, global students in Canada have been handiest allowed to paintings 20 hours every week in the course of the ordinary instructional consultation.
