The CEO of Tesla – Elon Musk disclosed the long-awaited self-driving taxi called Robotaxi” on Thursday, October 10, which has surprisingly “Open Doors & Lacks a Steering Wheel or Pedals”. What an unexpected twist over there, he also revealed a Robotic Van too, indicating a change in emphasis from reasonable cars for the public to completely automated vehicles.

Elon Musk again praised that the elevations made with the human-like robot called “Optimus,” anticipated to cost starting from 20,000$ to 30,000$ and capable of carrying out a variety of daily tasks.
Moreover, Elon Musk confidently said that the Tesla would operational robot taxis by 2020 in the year 2019. Cost reductions intended to balance out the impact of high interest rates have also put a squeeze on benefits margins.
Waymo, a part of Alphabet, is the sole American company that runs autonomous taxi services without drivers, using approximately 700 Jaguar Land Rovers in its fleet.
